Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, shipping paid at the cost of the purchaser.
For CUSTOMIZED products, returns are not accepted.
Product Condition: All parts and packaging must be included in like new condition to be eligible for a return, and you must include defective or damaged parts.
If your refund is approved, charges will be refunded to your original form of payment, or store credit, less all shipping costs, within 7 days of receiving the return.
Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
