• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, shipping paid at the cost of the purchaser.
   

• For CUSTOMIZED products, returns are not accepted.
   

• Product Condition: All parts and packaging must be included in like new condition to be eligible for a return, and you must include defective or damaged parts.
   

• If your refund is approved, charges will be refunded to your original form of payment, or store credit, less all shipping costs, within 7 days of receiving the return.
   

• Gift wrapping charges are non-refundable.
