1. Artistic Atmosphere Co. will not be held liable  for the improper use of any of our products or product packaging, or any damage or harm of any objects or persons resulting from misuse of our products.
    

2. The name Artistic Atmosphere and its logos, including the butterfly, are not to be used for any reason by any person or business without prior written consent from Artistic Atmosphere.
    

3. Pricing: The prices listed at any given time under our "Shop" page are the correct prices at that given time, and are subject to change without notice.
    

4. Gift Wrapping: We offer gift wrapping for a flat fee per item, as listed on each product page. These gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
    

5. Shipping: We currently provide free standard shipping in the continental US. This is subject to change without notice.
    

6. Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, at the cost of the purchaser. 
   
   For CUSTOMIZED products, returns are not accepted
   
   Product Condition: All parts and packaging must be included in like new condition to be eligible for a return, and you must include defective or damaged parts.
   
   If your refund is approved, charges will be refunded to your original form of payment, or store credit, less the return shipping cost.

 

1. Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.
    

2. Designs: Any designs produced by us for you will remain our intellectual property and may not be used in any other form without our prior written consent.
    

3. Cancellations: If a purchaser requests to cancel their order, but it has already been processed or shipped, we can refund the purchase price LESS our shipping cost, after the customer returns the product in new condition. If the product has not yet been processed or shipped, then we will refund the entire purchase price.
    

4. Resale: We do not allow resale of any of our products without prior approval.
